God Time Cards
Each week children receive a small booklet entitled 'God Time Cards' that includes four devotional activities. We encourage children to spend time daily in Bible reading, reflection, and prayer. Parents are encouraged to review and help their children with these activities and in their spiritual journey. We also give out "Fridge Cards", which are a great reminder of the virtue, memory verse and bottom line for the week.
Memory Verse
Each month we select one verse for children to memorize. These are listed on the God Time Cards.
Offering
We take an offering during our services each week. Encourage your child to give from what God has given to them. They can learn to give and recognize need.
Back Country Store
To encourage children to grow in their walk with God, we award them "Back Country Points". This is for attendance, memory verses and bringing friends. We have a specific location in the classroom to recite their verse or introduce us to their friends. This is where we keep track of their points. Each week, the Back Country Store is opened for children to redeem their points for toys, candy, notebooks, etc.
